Manteca, CA : Multiple car crash slows traffic on Hwy. 99 outside Manteca on Wednesday morning

A multiple-vehicle crash is slowing down traffic Wednesday morning on southbound Highway 99 outside Manteca. The crash, which involves at least five vehicles, is blocking lanes near Hammet Road. One of the vehicles also caught fire, the California Highway Patrol said.
