man dies in crash near Ruthton A rollover accident on Saturday morning, Aug. 27, near Ruthton claimed the life of Travis D. Stuefen, a 23-year-old from Elkton, S.D. Emergency responders were dispatched to the scene around 7:46 a.m. approximately three-tenths of a mile east of 160th Ave. in rural Ruthton.
