Cedar Rapids,IA : Motorcyclist involved in hit-and-run dies 3 days after crash on October, Wednesday 18th 2017

A motorcyclist injured by a hit-and-run driver earlier in the week has died.

Waterloo station KWWL reports that 63-year-old Michael Olson died Wednesday morning.

Police say Olson was operating a motorcycle Sunday in Cedar Rapids when he was hit by a car. Police say a woman driving the car got out of the vehicle, which was reported as stolen, and ran off.

Cedar Rapids police say they have a suspect in mind and are working to find her.
