A woman and child were injured in a single-vehicle crash in Washington County on Saturday night.

The crash happened about 7 p.m. on Kopper Kettle Road in South Strabane, according to Tribune-Review news partner WPXI-TV.

A woman was taken by helicopter to Allegheny General Hospital. Police think she suffered a medical incident and crashed into a utility pole, the TV station reported.

A child in the car was taken to Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC for minor injuries. The child's age was not available.
