Emporia, KS : One injured in Emporia accident on Sunday, February 26th 2017

Scanner traffic indicated an injury accident on W. U.S. Highway 50 in Emporia early Sunday afternoon.

Just before 1 p.m., scanner traffic indicated a one vehicle accident at Water's True Value in Emporia. The wreck was said to involve one vehicle with one patient, who was conscious, breathing and alert but was complaining of chest and leg pain after her vehicle crashed into a pole.

The extent of her injuries have not been disclosed.
