The Duluth Police Department and Fire Department responded to a call of a vehicle crashing into a parking ramp at Second Avenue West and Michigan Street at 5:41 p.m. Wednesday. The driver and passenger, who weren't

identified Wednesday, were transported to a local hospital with unknown injuries, according to police spokesman Ron Tinsley. No further information was released Wednesday night.
