A fatal hit-and-run in east Charlotte has left one person dead.
Police have identified the victim as 25-year-old Corey Brown.
The incident happened Sunday evening around 7 p.m on Lawyers Road near Donnefield Drive.
Brown was a pedestrian on the street and the major crash unit is investigating the incident.
The description of the vehicle involved has not been released, and no other details are available at this time.
