Jefferson City, MO : One person was hurt in a two-vehicle crash in Cole County on Tuesday, January, 9th 2018

One person was hurt in a two-vehicle crash Tuesday morning in Cole County.

Missouri Highway Patrol reports show the crash occurred on eastbound U.S. 54, just west of Missouri 17, around 5:25 a.m.

Grant Lock, 30, of Eldon, slid on ice and turned around in the road. He then was struck by a vehicle driven by Ronald Mitchell, 60, of Eldon.

Mitchell had no reported injuries, but Lock was treated for moderate injuries. Both drivers were wearing seat belts.
