A Hazel woman is facing multiple charges after being involved in a wreck over the weekend in Muhlenberg County.
In a news release, Trooper Sean Wint of Kentucky State Police Post 2 in Nortonville said the wreck occurred Friday evening at the 53 mile marker of the Western Kentucky Parkway in Muhlenberg County. Wint said the wreck was reported at about 7 p.m.
