CMPD officer injured in a crash north of uptown Charlotte on Friday, 6th July 2018

A Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police officer was injured in a crash north of uptown Charlotte Friday.
The wreck happened just before 10 a.m. on N. Graham Street near Keswick Avenue. Officials said Officer Michael J. Homan was leaving the courthouse on a police motorcycle and heading north on Graham when a woman, identified as 27-year-old Lamonda Nicole Sloan, attempted to turn left from Kenswick onto Graham.
