Route 30 Closed And Lifestar Helicopter Called To Motorcycle Crash In Vernon

Route 30 has been shutdown due to a motorcycle crash and a Lifestar helicopter has been called to the scene.The victim is a man in his fifties, police said.The crash occurred around 11 a.m. right by Connecticut Golf Land at 95 Hartford Turnpike.Route 30 is closed from Main Street to the intersection with Route 83, police said.The extent of the man's injuries is unknown at this point, police said.
