One dead after accident near Branson

An Ohio man died Friday in Taney County after his truck ran off the road, authorities said. Richard Drouard, 69, of Rossford, was pronounced dead at 7:55 p.m. at Skaggs Regional Medical Center, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
