Waterford, NY : 44-year-old Man dies in ATV crash in Saratoga County town on Friday, December 26, 2014

State police say a 44-year-old man has died after he crashed his all-terrain vehicle in a Saratoga County town.

Troopers say Friday that Vladimir Sandul of Waterford was driving his ATV on Christmas Day on private property near Brookwood Road in his hometown, 10 miles north of Albany.

Police say the vehicle overturned in a gravel pit. Sandul was pronounced dead after being taken to a hospital.
