Authorities expect to extradite a 20-year-old woman from Colorado to face charges in a fatal hit-and-run in Kent.
D'maine Dugar, 29, was killed early Saturday morning while walking to work at Safeway, his family says.
Kent police initially responded to a single-car crash that morning in which a driver ran off the road in the 20800 block of 132nd Avenue Southeast, reports indicate. While investigating the incident, police found a dead man at the scene with injuries consistent with being struck by a vehicle.
