Three people are injured after a car crashed into a house in Canal Winchester Thursday evening, authorities said.

According to the Canal Winchester Fire Department, a car was driving south on Gender Road, near Groveport Road, just before 7 p.m. when the driver lost control and crashed into a house.

Two people inside the car and one person in the home were injured in the crash. All three people were taken to Mount Carmel Hospital in what the fire department described as "stable" condition.
