81-year-old crashes in Windham on Friday, 6th July 2018

First responders said they needed to use a hydraulic rescue tool to remove an injured 81-year-old woman from her car after she crashed into a guardrail on the highway Friday afternoon.

Fire Chief Tom McPherson said Windham and Derry officials were called to Interstate 93 south at 2:07 p.m. for a reported single-car crash.McPherson, one of the first to the scene, said he spotted a heavily damaged car in the median with a driver still inside.
