Las Vegas, NV : One person found dead in wreckage of multi-car crash Wednesday on July 16, 2014

One person has been found dead in the wreckage of a multi-car crash along northbound I-15 at West Charleston Boulevard, Nevada Highway Patrol said.

According to NHP, the crash happened just after 4 p.m. Wednesday. All lanes of northbound I-15 are closed because of the wreck. Troopers say a car rolled over causing the crash. In all, nine cars were involved, including a semi-tractor trailer. Four people were taken to the hospital. One person was critically hurt. While the car that rolled over was being turned back over, troopers found the body of one person. NHP says it did not know anyone else was in that car.

There is no word on when the freeway will reopen.
