Florence, AL : One man died in a single-vehicle wreck on U.S. 72 on Tuesday, 2nd January 2018

One man died Monday night in a single-vehicle wreck on U.S. 72 just west of County Line Road, Limestone County Coroner Mike West said.

The name of the victim has not been released pending notification of relatives, according to West. The wreck occurred in Huntsville-annexed Limestone County

The victim was driving a two-door car west on U.S. 72 shortly after midnight when it crossed the median and flipped in the eastbound lanes before striking three utility poles, West said.
