PARIS, MO : Crash in Monroe County on Thursday, October, 12th 2017

A Thursday morning crash in Monroe County seriously injured a Shelbina woman.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol said a 2003 Ford driven by Jacqueline A. Wright, 50, was traveling north on Mo. 15 a mile north of Route CC when the vehicle ran off the road and overturned. The crash happened at 8:33 a.m.

Wright, who was wearing a seat belt, was taken by Monroe County Ambulance to University Hospital in Columbia with serious injuries.

The patrol was assisted by the Monroe County Sheriff's Department.
