SPRINGFIELD, WI : Fitchburg woman identified as person who died in Town of Springfield motorcycle crash on Tuesday, 7th May 2024

The Dane County Medical Examiner's Office on Tuesday identified a Fitchburg woman as the person who died after a motorcycle crash over the weekend in the Town of Springfield.

Tanyia L.C. Gaffney, 56, was pronounced dead at the scene on Sunday. Preliminary results of an examination confirm she died from injuries sustained in the crash.
