Florida Highway Patrol troopers are investigating a crash on the Crosstown Expressway early Friday morning. The roadway was closed for about an hour. The report about the crash came in at 3 a.m. Tampa Police officers also responded to the scene. Officials said one person was injured. They continue to investigate. The roadway has reopened.
