Two people were taken to Blanchard Valley Hospital following a two-vehicle accident on Ohio 103 near Bluffton Sunday night, the Hancock County Sheriff’s Office reported.
According to the sheriff’s office, a Ford SUV driven by Taylor Combs, 17, of Ada, was eastbound on Ohio 103 near the Orange Township 52 intersection at 9:53 p.m. when the vehicle went off the roadway and then back on the road before rolling over, ejecting Combs from the vehicle, and coming to rest in an upright position.
The SUV was then struck by an eastbound Ford station wagon driven by Emily Phillips, 19, of Rawson, the sheriff’s office said.
Combs and a passenger in her car, Fredrick Wibbing, 45, of Ada, were taken to the hospital with unknown injuries, the sheriff’s office reported.
Assisting at the scene were the Bluffton Police Department, Bluffton EMS and Fire, Keebler’s Towing and Dick’s Towing.
