CARTER COUNTY, KY : Closure of I-64 reported after serious crash on Monday, 15th April 2024

Interstate 64 West is back open Monday evening after a deadly crash earlier in the day between Olive Hill and Morehead, Kentucky.

The crash happened at mile-marker 151. The crash, reported around 7:15 a.m., resulted in a vehicle fire.

No other details are available at this time. Kentucky State Police troopers are handling the investigation.
