A Louisa woman died and one man was hospitalized after a single-vehicle crash Sunday in Louisa County, according to the Virginia State Police.
Police said Vallerie M. Staton-Bickley, 62, suffered serious injuries when the 1994 Chevrolet 1500 pickup she was driving went off the right side of Route 208 and struck a tree. She was transported by ambulance to the University of Virginia Medical Center, where she later died.
