West Bend, WI : Couple killed in crash legally drunk on May 23, 2014

Germantown couple killed in a car crash was legally drunk.

According to a police report released Friday, Josh Griebel and Monica Griebel both had blood-alcohol levels of 0.22 or greater when their car crossed the center lane on Highway 164 in Richfield and rolled over.

The report does not indicate who was behind the wheel.

The couple left behind five children.
