Milwaukee County sheriff’s deputies arrested a man on charges of DUI after deputies stopped him for driving on the wrong side of the roadway. A deputy observed Deshun Peet, 24, swerving on Interstate 43 near Silver Spring Drive and made an attempt to stop the vehicle, according to a press release. Peet exited the freeway and then turned onto the south I-43 off-ramp against traffic. Peet said he had been drinking and had a preliminary breath test of .14, the press release said. The Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Department said Peet faces charges of second-degree recklessly endangering safety and was cited for DUI, wrong-way on a divided highway and more.
