GRAY COURT, SC : A deadly head-on crash in Gray Court on Tuesday, August 22, 2017

The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating a deadly head-on crash in Gray Court Tuesday night.
According to Trooper Joe Hovis, the crash occurred at 11:43 p.m. on Highway 14 in Gray Court.
The Highway Patrol reports a Mitsubishi was traveling east, when it crossed the center line and hit another vehicle head on.
The driver of the Mitsubishi was killed. The coroner has not released that person’s identity.
The driver of the second vehicle was entrapped and had to be cut from the vehicle. That driver was taken to the hospital by helicopter. A passenger was also entrapped and went to the hospital by ambulance. The conditions of those victims are unknown.
Investigators cleared the accident scene just before 3:30 Wednesday morning.
