MURPHYSBORO, IL : 2 drivers injured in school bus, minivan crash in Jackson County on Monday, 22nd January 2024

Two people were injured when a school bus and minivan crashed in Jackson County Monday afternoon.

The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office was notified at 1:29 p.m. of a crash on IL-127 and Hoffman Road in rural Murphysboro.

A preliminary investigation reveals a minivan struck a school bus, nearly head on while traveling in opposite directions.
