Ocala, FL : 2 hospitalized after crash at the intersection of Pine Avenue and Silver Springs Boulevard on Sunday, 23rd June 2019

At least two people were taken to a local hospital on trauma alert early Sunday following a traffic crash at the intersection of Pine Avenue and Silver Springs Boulevard, the Ocala Police Department reports.

According to preliminarily information, the crash involved at least one motorcycle traveling south on Pine Avenue (U.S. Highway 301/27) and a vehicle turning onto West Silver Springs Boulevard.

OPD had not yet released the names of the injured persons or a full report on the crash by Sunday afternoon.
