Columbus, OH : Interstate 71 northbound closed by semi crash near Grove City on April, Monday 24th 2017

Northbound lanes of I-71 between Route 665 and Stringtown Road near Grove City are closed because of a tractor-trailer crash Monday night in a construction zone and are expected to remain closed for hours, police and ODOT say.

Authorities were called around 8:30 p.m. Monday after the tractor-trailer crashed into the median and rolled over.

The driver was not hurt, but the wreckage is blocking multiple lanes.

Police said at 9:30 p.m. that the closure could go on for two to three more hours. ODOT tweeted at 9:28 p.m. that it could be several hours.

White Road from 2057 White Road to Brian Hill is also closed by the same accident, Grove City police said.
