Bluff City,TN : One killed in Bluff City motorcycle crash on Friday, 1st June 2018

The Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a fatal motorcycle crash.

According to a news release from Kristen Quon, SCSO public information officer, a call about the crash came in Friday around 6:10 p.m.

A male driving a Yamaha motorcycle was traveling on Bunker Hill Road in Bluff City when he crossed the center lane and hit a white Ford pickup truck in the other lane according to the release.

The man on the motorcycle was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Ford truck has no injuries.

The Sullivan County Criminal Investigations Division is still investigating the crash, but they do believe speed was a factor.
