A pair of Pratt residents were injured in a two-vehicle rollover accident in Preston on Tuesday afternoon.

Injured in the accident were 26-year-old Keegan Reed and 24-year-old Dillon Infield.

The accident, reported at 5:20 p.m., occurred when Reed was northbound on Custer Street in a 2002 Ford pickup and failed to yield to a 2001 Chevrolet pickup driven by 21-year-old Allyssa Martin of Preston that was westbound on Sixth Street, according to the Pratt County Sheriff web site crash log.

The Chevy passenger front side hit the passenger rear corner, causing the Ford to slide sideways and roll over and stop on the passenger side north of the intersection of Custer and Sixth. The Chevy came to a stop just west of the intersection.

Pratt County EMS transferred Reed and Infield to Pratt Regional Medical Center where both were treated and released. Martin refused transport. Martin and Infield were both wearing seat belts at the time of the accident but Reed was not.
