A Wyoming man died and his passenger was seriously injured in a rollover accident west of Custer early Friday. According to the South Dakota Highway Patrol, Jesse Alan Larson, 22, of Sundance, Wyo., was eastbound on U.S. Highway 16 around 3:30 a.m. Friday when the 2008 Subaru Outback he was driving rolled over about 20 miles west of Custer. Larson, who was not wearing a seat belt, was thrown from vehicle and killed. The passenger, Lisa Deann Corley, 40, also of Sundance, received life-threatening injuries in the crash. Corley was wearing a seat belt. Corley was listed in fair condition at Rapid City Regional Hospital Friday afternoon. Larson apparently over-corrected when his vehicle drifted off the right shoulder of the road. His reaction caused the vehicle to swerve and roll, according to a news release.
