Lawsuit accuses Oregon agency of negligence in deadly I-84 tour bus crash near Pendleton

PORTLAND, Ore. - Lawyers representing a survivor and the estates of three people killed in an Oregon tour bus crash last December are suing the Oregon Department of Transportation.
