Gastonia, NC : I-85 lanes blocked by wreck on Friday, October, 27th 2017

The northbound lanes of I-85 near Kings Mountain were blocked by a wreck at 4:20 p.m. Friday.

A heavily damaged antique car sat along the interstate in what appeared to be a collision with an SUV.

At least one person was taken to the hospital, and the road remained blocked at 4:40 p.m. The incident happened by the Cleveland/Gaston county line near the exit for N.C. 161.

Southbound lanes were moving slowly as investigators took pictures of the wreckage.
