PAWTUCKET, RI : Motorcyclist seriously injured after crash on I-95 on Wednesday, 8th May 2024

An investigation is underway after a motorcycle crash on I-95 in Pawtucket early Wednesday morning.

The crash occurred just before 1:30 a.m. near the Attleboro line.

Massachusetts State Police told 12 News the call initially came in as a crash between a motorcycle and a car, but when troopers arrived, there was no car at the scene.

The motorcyclist was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.

Rhode Island State Police are now handling the investigation.
