HOUSTON, TX : Deputy dies after being struck by vehicle while assisting another crash on Grand Parkway in northwest Harris County on Tuesday, 23rd April 2024

A deputy has died after he was struck by a vehicle Tuesday morning in northwest Harris County, according to Sheriff Ed Gonzalez.

The Harris County deputy was assisting at a crash scene on the Grand Parkway at Cumberland Ridge Drive when he was struck by an ongoing vehicle.
