Kittanning , PA : 56 - Years old women was lost Control of her Minivan and crashed into Tractor trailer on Thursday , December 11th 2014

Police say 56-year-old Mary Ann Shaffer lost control of her minivan on ice and crashed head on into a tractor-trailer around 10 a.m. in Kittanning.

She was pronounced dead at the scene.

Kittanning is about 44 miles northeast of Pittsburgh and 19 miles north of Armstrong.
