CLEAR SPRING, MD : I-70 eastbound closed due to tractor-trailer crash on Wednesday, 21st August 2019

Interstate 70 eastbound is closed Wednesday morning west of Clear Spring after a tractor-trailer crash, and Maryland State Police believe it will remain closed for an extended period of time. An ambulance crew took one person to Meritus Medical Center near Hagerstown with what appeared to be injuries that were not life-threatening, according to a state police spokesman. The crash, which happened about 8:05 a.m. near the 15 mile marker, involved another vehicle and the tractor-trailer, state police said in a news release. The tractor-trailer is across both lanes of the interstate while state police investigate and the State Highway Administration clears the wreck. Source
