Three people are dead and one injured in a head-on collision that took place on Interstate 94 near Knapp.
According to the Wisconsin State Patrol, around 5:44 p.m., its Eau Claire patrol post received multiple calls of a black vehicle that had crossed the median near milepost 37 and was driving at a high rate of speed westbound in the eastbound lanes.
