Two motorists were injured and taken to hospitals for treatment following a two-vehicle crash Tuesday morning in the village of Pleasant Unity.
The accident was reported shortly before 10:30 a.m. at Pleasant Unity and Phillips roads.
Two females were taken by ambulance to Excela hospitals in Latrobe and Mt. Pleasant, according to Pleasant Unity Deputy Fire Chief Watson Smith. He said one suffered head and neck injuries and the other had chest injuries.
Details of the accident and the conditions of the victims weren't available Tuesday.
