TEXARKANA, TX : Fatal crash involving pedestrian occurs at Richmond Road and Moores Lane on Wednesday, 29th January, 2020

Texarkana, Texas, police are investigating a fatality crash involving an 89-year-old pedestrian.
Perry McKee, 89, of Texarkana, Texas was crossing Moores Lane on foot from a shopping center parking lot when he walked into the path of a 2014 Nissan Altima that was westbound on Moores Lane, said Shawn Vaughn, spokesman for the TTPD.
The accident happened at 6:20 p.m.
The vehicle was driven by 23 year old of Texarkana, Arkansas, Vaughn said.
McKee was pronounced dead at the scene.
