A bicyclist died at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest on Friday, more than a month after a collision with another vehicle in Middle Smithfield Township, the Lehigh County Coroner’s Office said.
Ruben Lugo, 42, of East Stroudsburg, died from spinal injury complications resulting from collision on Winona Falls Road.
