A Wyomissing man faces court on charges he caused a fatal crash on Route 61 in Muhlenberg Township over the summer and fled the scene.
Joseph Kearse, 39, of the 800 block of North Park Road waived a preliminary hearing Monday before District Judge Dean R. Patton in Muhlenberg Township.
Kearse remains free awaiting further court action on charges of causing an accident involving death or personal injury, failing in duty to give information or render aid, careless driving and related counts.
