Jersey City, NJ : School bus involved in crash in South Jersey on February, Monday 12th 2018

A crash involving a school bus took place Monday afternoon in Monroe Township.

The crash occurred at the intersection of Tuckahoe and Glassboro roads around 4:30 p.m. Police called the crash serious in a Facebook post, and noted a detour in the area.

At the scene, a black Jeep SUV sat just beyond the intersection with damage to the front, including a broken headlight. A school bus was pulled aside off the road, and several police, fire and emergency vehicles remained at the scene past 5:30 p.m.

Police at the scene declined to provide details of the crash. The number and extent of injuries was not immediately known.
