Glendale, CA : Arcadia man killed in rollover crash on 134 Freeway in Glendale on Tuesday night, October 21, 2014

An 18-year-old Arcadia man was killed in a single-vehicle rollover crash on the Ventura (134) Freeway in Glendale on Tuesday night, authorities said. The man, identified by coroner’s officials as David James Echauri, was heading westbound on the 134 Freeway near the Glendale (2) Freeway just before 8 p.m. at a high speed when his vehicle left the roadway and collided with a metal light pole, guardrail and metal freeway sign, according to a California Highway Patrol report. The car then rotated back on the roadway, where it overturned, and the driver, who was not wearing a seat belt, was ejected from the vehicle, the report stated. Echauri, who was alone in the car, was pronounced dead at the scene. His autopsy is pending, coroner’s officials said. Source : Teen killed in rollover crash on 134 Freeway
