Washington State Patrol has identified those involved in a fatal crash near Trent and McKinzie Wednesday morning.
Washington State Patrol reports 16-year-old Yuliya N. Chapurina, from Spokane, died at the scene of the crash. Her passenger, 19-year-old Irina M. Chapurina, was injured and taken to Sacred Heart hospital by Life Flight helicopter. Her condition is not known at this time.
