One person has died in an early morning rollover crash on Interstate 91 in West Springfield.
State police say troopers responded to reports of the crash at about 7:15 a.m. Thursday on I-91 north at Exit 14.
Upon arrival, troopers discovered that a 2015 Honda Civic had been traveling northbound and for reasons still under investigation, went off the road to the left and rolled over into the median before coming to a rest on its wheels.
The man driving, whose name has not been released, was pronounced dead of his injuries at the scene.
The highway's two left lanes were closed initially, but the middle lane reopened just before 9 a.m.
