Through actions the Florida Highway Patrol described as “courageous,” a witness to a car crash stopped to help the trapped driver but went into cardiac arrest during the effort and died that afternoon, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
Henry Danielson, 63, of Belleview, was driving a construction water truck northbound on County Road 225A in Marion County around 2 p.m. Friday when he saw a car engulfed in flames by the side of the road, an FHP report said.
