CRAWFORD'S PURCHASE, NH : 2 injured in North Country snowmobile crash on Tuesday, 2nd January 2018

Two people were injured Tuesday afternoon after crashing a rented snowmobile in Crawford's Purchase, officials said.

Simone Zanini, 23, of Champagne, Illinois, was operating the snowmobile in the area of Jefferson Notch adjacent to Mount Washington when he lost control and went off the trail and into some trees, according to New Hampshire Fish and Game.
